International Shipping & Purchase Policy
Dear international customer,
Thank you for your interest. We are a Chinese‑language based website, but we have successfully completed many sales in the US and Europe. However, more than 90% of our sales still come from Asia – thanks to our Japanese partners, more people are getting to know us. We have also started to improve our English content.
If you feel comfortable, you are welcome to place an order. Please note the following important points:

For international customers, you will see an English interface. (If it does not switch to English automatically, please manually adjust it.)You can select your preferred currency using the currency switcher on our website.The price you see initially may change after you add the item to your cart and select a shipping destination (US, Europe, or other regions). Any additional shipping fees will be shown at that time. You are free to compare prices and decide before completing the purchase.
✈️ Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Europe, North America, Canada, and Asia. Unfortunately, some countries and island territories cannot be served.
Please contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can ship to your specific location.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund your transaction if we find that your address cannot be delivered after your purchase. (We strongly recommend asking us first.)
Shipping methods may include air freight, sea freight, truck delivery, or rail transport, depending on your region.
Estimated delivery time after production: approximately 3–4 weeks.
⏱️ Production Time
Production typically takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the brand and product type (some brands may take longer).
After production is completed, the factory will provide photos of the finished product.
Production time does not include shipping time.
💳 Payment
For international orders, we accept credit card payments (VISA / MasterCard / JCB), Apple Pay, and LINE Pay.
A currency conversion / processing fee may be charged after the transaction is completed.

Please understand that we may be communicating with you using an online translator. Therefore, our wording might sometimes feel unnatural or lack emotional tone. We truly appreciate your patience.
⚠️ Important Reminder
This is an international transaction. The total waiting time from order to delivery is roughly two months (production + shipping). Please be aware that customs clearance or other import requirements in your country may sometimes prevent us from shipping to you. We try to be as clear as possible beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding about delivery timelines.
