Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Customer,

MYDORU will never request any financial account or credit card information from you via text message or phone call for any reason, nor will we ask you to visit a bank branch or operate an ATM in such ways.

If you receive any related phone calls or text messages, please stay alert and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If you have any concerns, please contact MYDORU immediately or call the Police Agency’s 165 anti-fraud hotline for verification.

When you receive unknown calls with prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, “+886”, etc., please be extra cautious. Also be aware of tactics where the caller spoofs phone numbers or pretends to be a specific company, bank, or judicial authority. Do not click on suspicious links, accept unknown LINE friend requests, or trust suspicious text messages.

Common fraud tactics include claiming “duplicate order” or “incorrect installment payment” to gain your trust, then asking you to perform online banking or ATM operations. If the issue relates to your bank account, please contact your bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate your account or provide personal information, simply refuse to reduce the risk of fraud.

Please also change your password regularly, strengthen its complexity (using a mix of upper/lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering your account or password on public computers to enhance information security.

Best regards,

MYDORU
