Customization Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation
If you have a character you would like to customize, you can contact us via email for an evaluation.
Please provide as much reference material as possible, including:
Full-body character images
Close-up facial images
The more reference images you provide, and the clearer they are, the easier it will be for our design team to evaluate whether the character can be customized and determine the overall complexity of the project.
Tips:
For the highest level of accuracy and character recreation, we strongly recommend providing high-resolution original images whenever possible.
Step 2: Confirm Custom Details
Before the design process begins, customers will need to confirm the desired body height and body type.
If you are unsure which body option best matches your character, our team can provide recommendations based on the character's design and proportions.
Step 3: Design Approval
Once all character information has been confirmed, our designers will begin creating the custom character design.
After the design is completed, we will send the concept artwork to you for review and approval.
Once the design has been approved, production will officially begin.
Important Notes:
Because design artwork is presented in a two-dimensional format while the final doll is a three-dimensional product, slight differences between the concept design and the finished doll may occur.
After the design has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Step 4: Production & Delivery
After the final design has been confirmed, the factory will begin production.
The current production time is approximately 60 days, although the actual timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the project and production schedules.
Once production is completed, we will perform final assembly and provide photos of the finished doll for confirmation.
After receiving your approval, we will arrange international shipping and delivery.
